Deer Creek Golf Club opened in 1971 and has a proud history hosting many prestigious professional and amateur tournaments.

Deer Creek has hosted qualifying for the 2003 USGA Senior Open Championship and 2002 USGA Amateur Championship as well
as hosting the LPGA Tour’s Mazda Classic from 1979-1984.

Throughout this time Deer Creek has also hosted the Broward County Amateur on several occasions as well as numerous PGA Pro-ams and charity fundraisers.
