Welcome to NAIOP South Florida Chapter we are one of six chapters in the state of Florida, with currently over 460 members – representing constituents in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beaches, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. Our SFL Chapter has as reputation of being a premier commercial real estate organization in the Tri-County area. 

For those who make their living within the South Florida commercial real estate industry, NAIOP has become a major resource for networking, educational programs, workshops, and special events that elevate the level of professional expertise. Each year, the SFL chapter plans bus tours showcasing the latest commercial real estate projects by sub-market in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach.

SFL hosts an annual Trade Show Event featuring over 70 exhibitors, showcasing our diversity in commercial real estate. SFL recognizes the best of the best in our business with our annual “Awards of Excellence Event” for projects and peers.

We plan monthly events with a select speaker panel, addressing solutions to vital issues to our commercial industry, and foster the education of the real estate professional by offering special courses of study in those areas that impact on the industry (Capital Markets, Financial Analysis, and Legal aspects of the real estate contract).

SFL along with five other chapters in Florida support our statewide organization (NAIOP of Florida, Inc.) which has full-time representation at our state Capitol in Tallahassee. Our lobbyists monitor legislation and initiatives that may impact adversely on our industry. SFL Chapter is considered by local government authorities as the leading resource for commercial real estate information.

SFL annual Golf Tournament has contributed virtually 100’s of thousands of dollars to local charitable organizations from its net proceeds (Habitat for Humanity, 4Kids of S. FL, His House Children’s Home, and Home Safe foster care programs).
